It was indeed very professional. Interviewer was kind and straightforward. She carefully listened and made the whole experience pleasant. I was not overwhelmed with her voice and her tone. She is very accommodating.

Set up an interview online and then get a phone call but there were many issues where I had answered but there was nothing on the other end and then I was told that I did not answer and had to reschedule.
