Found ad of the Job fair in newspaper. No reservation was needed but just drop by during the scheduled hours. Received a form to fill out for application and waited until called. The interview was 1 on 1. It was very friendly not much pressure given. Took about 15 min.

1. Applied online to stores around GTA 2. Received an email from HR asking to have a phone interview, proceeded with that 3. Security Check - Filled out criminal history, etc. 4. Department Manager interview - Sit down with 2 of the overnight managers for about an hour interview, very laid back 5. Interview with store manager / Offer- Was told to come in to meet with the store manager but it wasn't much of a meeting/interview as it was just handing me a page with an offer on it. 6. Accepting the offer.

First a short telephone interview and after that an interview with the future to be my supervisor and than references and another interview with the store manager. The all process took about 2 weeks, it was very easy.
