Application are accepted on line and at job fairs and you will complete a test to ascertain suitability. 1st interview is a phone or flash interview at a job fair, with approximately 9 questions. If you attend a job fair you may receive a phone call from HR asking a few more questions. This followed be a face to face with a department supervisor and an Assistant Store manager. successful candidates will proceed to a 3rd interview with store manager.
