Five interviews with various team members. Interviews spread out across roughly two weeks. All interviews went well, but never heard back from anyone. Recruiter ghosted, did not respond to follow-up emails. Several attempts at working for this org, and honestly not sure how anyone gets hired here. The interview/hiring process seems highly flawed, and it appears that you have to know someone in order to secure a role. Having prior experience with this company (interviewed more than once), I can say with confidence that those working for the company at present can outbest you, even if you are clearly the more qualified candidate. Skill set and experience do not seem of value. With as many steps as they require (five interviews is A LOT), there should be a common decency to at least respond to a candidate to let them know where they stand in the process. All respect I had for this company is completely lost and I will never apply to work for this company again.
