Make presentation advertisement, act out customer scenario, and then bowling session to assess teamwork whilst individual interviews are conducted, emphasis on team work and customer service. Very simple and useful questions asked.

Took two hours. First had to do a team exercise (not relevant to the job, coming up with a fundraising event), then they told us to bowl while they took us one by one for solo interview. I was last and they did not ask many question, felt very rushed. Received a rejection email with no feedback.
