I applied online and heard back from an internal recruiter within two weeks and had a phone screen. I then had a series of 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager and members of the team. Each interview included a general conversation about the role, my past experience, and some relatively easy technical questions. I was offered the job within a week of the final interview. The whole process took about 5 weeks.
