As a musician, you must audition either with an agency or directly with the company. If you're a good sight reader and can play in different styles, you'll pass and they will find you a ship.
really easy process, i was emailed performance material and had 1hr to learn material, I then recorded the performance of material and submitted the video via email. I heard back from recruiter about 2 weeks later

Question 1
was really brief and just about previous experiences
It was fairly straightforward: they sent over sheet music and I was asked to sight read it in front of a camera. It didn’t take too long foe them to get back with an offer once they saw that I could play.
