Pros: nice location, close to other IT companies, and olympic park, and BMW welt. Niceoffice too, big windows, relaxing kitchen and open room. A very good architect as well who knows his stuff very well. Cons: interview process very slow and non-responsive at all. Till now it has been 2 months but I got absolutely no message. I understand if It were the case that I just sent an email and didn't pass the resume screening then I didn't get an answer, because let's face it, we've all been there, and we understand it's not possible for every company to reply every candidate's email; what baffles me is that after every successful interview and the HR keeps telling you it is positive but they just refuse to give you any response, no matter it's refusal or offer. Here goes the whole process: After phone screening and first round skype tech interview, I was asked for an on-site interview which was in two weeks later. It's not very soon but acceptable for me. The onsite is OK, questions not so hard, people are nice. They promised to give me a feedback before the weekend of next week; which they didn't. I emailed, and skyped many times but got no answer at all. Seems the HR just disappeared. If it wasn't because I had already been there, I would have guessed that this was not a real company. I had to write to the first round skype interviewer to ask him to get in touch with HR. HR finally replied, said everyone likes me, positive interview, but CEO on vacation, reply to me next week. Guess what? Yes you are right, They didn't of course, and they still haven't. Now 1 month has passed. No refusal, no offer, no any kind of message, except financing asked for my personal info to reimburse my flights but haven't yet. To be fair their tech interviews are quite OK, but the whole process is the most unbelievable one I had in my entire 10 years of career. The most interesting thing is that, their HR is actually a very nice person, local Munich people, very warm hearted in the beginning, answer your questions in time, no matter it's skype message or email. But after the onsite he just disappeared somehow, ignoring all your communications. At the same time I see they created an ad on linkedin hiring for the same position. I guess they don't think I am their best choice, but why no refusal even I ask for it? Even when I wrote to them that I decided to accept offers from others, I got no response at all. Just to be clear it wasn't because of salary, because they have not discussed about it yet. I will not delete this review no matter what. I hope other people can see it and make a well informed decision. I will not change it either unless they provide a solid reason.
