Nice and smart people in tech team, clear vision and clear expectations and goals. It looks like a good environment to bring innovation and take your own challenges. HR process is not smooth and inefficient.

Got invited for an interview with the HR which joined 10 minutes late and did not say sorry whatsoever. From the beginning she was hostile towards me e.g. a question she made was: why did you change the jobs a lot of time times? while in reality I only changed 3 companies in a duration of 6 years and that is because I changed the country so it was necessary.
She was not interested in anything that I said and I knew that I will get rejected, somehow she did not like my face or I do not know -- it was personal.
