first applied through website, then I was invited for interview by the general manager at the hotel location then I got offer in a week after that. It was pretty straight forward.

Very casual. Wasn't much of an interview really. You're asked a little general info about yourself like your employment background and how did you hear about the job. I don't think any references or previous references were verified.
