I came across this company via career fair in the area and applied online after. It took about a week to be contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview was brief and went over your interest and what type of position I preferred. I was then scheduled to come to HR two days later for a computer skills test that included typing ability and literacy as well as excel proficiency. After passing tests I was put in a room to await the hiring supervisors who interviewed me for a few minutes asking about my background and why I wanted to join the company. The supervisor explained how repetitive the position was and if I was comfortable with a position of that nature. The supervisor also asked about my long term goals seeing I had two college degrees. I was then asked to wait for a few minutes and then after waiting in the room for a few minutes was offered the position on the spot. I did all my offer paper work right then and there.
