The interview was virtual. A series of questions that could be deleted and re- recorded. The last one is describing your favorite vacation spot. Some people do get an in person interview. If you have a referral you have great chances of getting hired. Includes a drug test, 5 weeks of training.

Their HR department called offering position based on my experience in customer service and sales. Then they asked me to submit a virtual interview, where the questions are sent to you and you record yourself giving answers. Management reviewed it and by the end of the week I had job offer. After that it was about a week to do paperwork , background check and drug test.
