J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Holder Construction (Atlanta, GA) en déc. 2013
Entretien
Interviewed twice. The first one was an initial interview at school, where they asked basic questions about work history and interests. Second interview at the Atlanta HQ was extremely detailed, met with 9 different people in the company, all of different departments and backgrounds. Took over 6 hours, which included lunch and a jobsite visit. Extremely interested in what I did and did not like about my previous internships. Really enjoyed everything, except they had me chat with a division manager who was also a professor at my school, and wasn't the biggest fan of him.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
In the first interview, they asked me to point out 3 construction things I noticed about the room, which was awful because it was a 6x8 room, no windows, and the most basic materials you could use. Second interview, they asked me why I wasn't trying to get a job with the company I interned with for 2 semesters

Entretien
Quick first interview with three people to find out why I chose my degree and to hear more about who I am as a person. Pretty much just a way to get to know me and see if I fit within their company "culture"
