Fairly easy, the person that interviewed me was fairly friendly. Usually I'm nervous about these things but i felt very comfortable. Especially because it was a 1-on-1 interview in a group setting.

Open call interviews are an hour long- they will have you seated until they call your name. My interview was 10 minutes long and I was told at the end whether they thought I was a good fit for the company or not.

I interviewed at an Open Call. Bring your resume and you'll be interviewed by one of the higher ups. You get to talk about a bit of your experience, availability is important, and bonus points if you already look the part (look at the ambiance!]
