The interviewer was late to the virtual interview and she didn't even turn her video on. The connection was terrible and I could barely understand her - not a great first impression from someone in HR.

Not many questions, just kept saying how "technical" the roles they recruit for are. It didn't seem like she had a grasp on them but then again, she's only been with the company for a few months.
