During your interview you will meet with a good amount of people both executives and regular employees. Everyone that can participates in the interviews. The process is very laid back and humorous at some points. It is a very short process that may require more than one interview if they are hiring multiple people at once.

Employees are asked to come up with really weird questions to ask people during interviews to see if you have a sense of humor which is important so at least the mentality of the company stays the same.
