I have applied online through a Job Board. The profile was shortlisted.
I had telephonic interview by some from Singapore.
Then 2nd round was scheduled for face to face interview with Director.
Then due to his busy schedule It was postponed and finally ended up with Skype call..
Since then I was waiting for any feedback. But no reply from them. Anyways
Overall it was Just OK.

Applied through company website, recruitor reached out to me after 3 months and set up an interview. The interviewer did not know how to drive the interveiw and kept on asking same question for 1 hour.

Process starts with screening over phone, and then in-person technical round. They seek if you are good at communication or not, and whether you can properly detail out your past work. They evaluate, thus, whether you actually contributed, or are faking it.
