One day interview. They paid transportation fee. I enter to room 5 people waiting and asking about myself and background. The interview was conducted English and Japanese . Whiteboard can be used to explain details.

Entretien
They look for your ability to survive in japan. Also ready to teach you all the required skills even if you lack them. The only drawback is that you have to relocate to japan and must be able to mingle with them and work as a team.
