They took too rounds and gave an assignment, somebody in my family has expired and I messaged them about that and when i checked about this the HR blocked me on the linkedin. I hope they need to understand if somebody in your family passes away they will need time, and if it was an urgent hire she could have messaged me instead of blocking.
