Entretien
It was very thorough. I was interviewed by 3-4 people from several different departments. Two levels of management were represented, as well as Human Resources. The communication before during and after the face-to-face interviews was timely and detailed. The expectations on "next steps" were clearly communicated, before and after the offer was made. There was flexibility on the start date, which I appreciated.

What strategies and resources would I employ to grow market share and find niche applications that the entire sales force could benefit from?
One person interview, office setting face to face with the interviewer. Initial interview was phone screening. Questions were typical of a normal interview, nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewer was very prepared but not intimidating, straight to the point.
