Non interview as it is an online filing out paperwork, uploading documents and adding your bio. Filling out all the paperwork is a long and lengthy but totally work it. The company is very professional and available to help with any questions you have.

All employees get the same pay rate. You can look up their pay rates on their website.
There was no interview process, I had to upload all of my documentation to prove who I am and my qualification certificates. After a day or so I received an email saying my application had been accepted.

No interview process to get onto HireUp's system. Many steps were taken to get accepted onto the platform however. Interviewing process is only done by those seeking support which HireUp does not arrange.
