Introductory phone call: ~20 minutes to hear about the company and show your interest Home Python coding exercise: They give you some time to solve a coding problem related to the scope of work. For me it was extracting and parsing resume data. It wasn't too hard (but not so easy either) Tech interview: Two team members go over the exercise solution you submitted, and give you an online code review while you improve and correct your code according to their comments. They challenge some parts of your code and ask you to expand them with more functionality. Interview with the group manager: professional but not technical interview - how you solve a problem you encounter, how do you improve yourself, are you a team member, etc... Interview with VP R&D: similar to the previous Interview with VP HR: more personal conversation Interview with the CEO: motivation, responsibility, vision of your progress in the company, etc... Overall the process was longer than usual, but it was all done in Zoom due to covid, so it make sense that they take extra steps to get to know you better. All of them were very nice and made the situation very comfortable and not stressful.
