Interview process took over a month. I did a very brief phone interview with recruiter/HR. I emailed her and even left a voicemail but it took her two weeks to get back to me. The face-to-face interview was very easy and relaxing. The manager that I would be working for was very calm, nice, and she made me feel at ease the entire time. Overall, the process just took too long because after the interview, I recieved an email that they went ahead and chose someone else over me. Then a week later, I recieved another email asking me for my references then an offer came. It just seems to be all over the place. I was confused the entire time up until they gave me an offer. Even if they gave me an offer, I negotiated my salary and it took over a week as well.
