The recruiter was great and very communicative throughout the process. I felt like I was talking to a wall for each of the interviews (total of 4). They would ask scripted questions. They wouldn’t go further into my response, but rather just move onto the next question. It felt too corporate and not what you would expect from a high growth startup. It gave me the sense that interviewers were just rushing to get through all the questions rather than having a conversation about my skill set and experience.

During the entire process, the Hinge Health team was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. It was one of the most pleasant experiences that I've had while interviewing with a company. They even were willing to schedule additional meetings with me to answer follow up questions, and the recruiter (Katy) was so helpful.
