Process took about 2 weeks. Phone interview with HR and came in to do some skill tests. Got a call to interview with the controller. Very casual interview..mostly getting to know the team. I interviewed with the controller as well as the Sr. Project Accountant. They mostly talked about how the company works and wanted to know what i did in my previous job.
Relaxed and personable. Normal interview that reviews your previous work history and goals for self. The set up was nice and each interviewer explained the job very well - expectations, a typical day, and perks.

They were very straight forward with the job position and what it entails. They mostly asked me if I took interest in the department I was in. And then they asked me about my work history.

Met with 4 people at the first interview. Everyone was really nice and they were honest about the demands of the position. It was conversational and easy. Met 2 senior managers for the second interview. Again, it was a pretty easy conversational.
