Multiple interviews with the team and technical test inclusive of excel and powerpoint. Interviews were basically a conversation and standard questions. Overall, a smooth process but took just under a month considering the time to schedule interviews after each interview.

Just the standard about you and situational interview questions.
Talked with a representative and submitted brief online application at the campus recruiting fair. I received a call a few weeks later to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. The phone interview was pleasant and pretty relaxed. Most of the questions were standard fit questions(for instance, team work, communication skills, personal strengths and weaknesses, etc), in addition to some focused on why real estate investment was an area of interest.

Entretien
Overall pretty good experience. Phone screen, interview with a bit of technical but mostly behavioral, then an all day super day. Good team, nice to meet everyone. Basic real estate finance knowledge needed for the process to go smoothly.
