In the past 6.5 years, I have never faced an interview like this. It was so unique and terrific experience that I had. Initially, very confused but then after meeting the manager, who has read in between the lines and the way he explained made me understand what recruitment is all about. I have understood that I knew little and it was very different interview, where I was just watching the interviewer in the 2nd round. I had initial round with 1 lady and that was really amusing trying to know my capability in understanding PF and gratuity formulas.
