Was interviewed and asked to describe my experience with catering, asked why I would be a good choice for position. Was followed up on references. Simple process and went quickly.

My application was succesful and I was invited to take part in the second round of interviews. I was sent this link in order to participate. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the app, but basically I had to record myself while giving the answers. The questions were popping on the screen and there was a certain amount of time to reply. It was a bit confusing. I didn't move ahead in the next stages.
