It was a brand new property, candidates applied at local unemployment office where first interviews were held, called for second interviews at convention center offices, 2 weeks later offer was made by phone

Entretien
I was called in last minute, and asked basic questions about myself and past employment status. Afterwards I was told she really liked me and if I got the job I would have to meet the general manager to get the official ok. The general manager interview occurred about 1 week later, and I was just told the basics of the company and what they expect from their employees.

I completed and submitted an application onsite. After following up with the hotel I was offered an interview.

None of the questions were particularly hard. Mostly had to do with customers service. If you answered intellectually and honestly you should have a problem receiving an offer.
