Interview was very casual. I was confident and friendly and got a call back within 5 days. The assistant manager interviewed me and he was a young recently graduated college student, who did not seem to clearly know much about the interview. It become more of a conversation than a questioning interview process.

It was a fairly general and normal interview. They wanted me to talk about my experience in general. They were aware that someone with my experience should be in a higher position, but they made it clear that if I didn't know or learn Lithuanian, there would be no progress in my career.

Very informative, Gave insight of the company and management. They were all easy to get along with. After being with the company for over a year, management changed and so did the environment.

Chatted for about 15 minutes. We went over my previous employment. Told me about company and it's perks and policies. Showed me around and told me they would give me a call. And they called the next day.
