Applied within the hotel and received a phone call about a week later to interview with the Front Office Manager. Expect a lot of behavioral type questions since management will want to assess how you can handle guests in different scenarios. Also, expect questions about availability/flexibility. Hospitality is 24/7 so they might need you to work either 1st or 2nd shift depending on your role.

It was a fairly general and normal interview. They wanted me to talk about my experience in general. They were aware that someone with my experience should be in a higher position, but they made it clear that if I didn't know or learn Lithuanian, there would be no progress in my career.
