filled out a long interview questionnaire online and then was called in for 2 interviews, one with HR and one with front office managers. I wore a suit to both as it is a nice hotel. and I sat in the lobby for the 2nd interview

One phone call asking you for your background and if you know what the job entails. The in person interview is short and sweet as a copy and paste of the phone interview.

Do you know what the job entails, and what's your background
It lasted about two hours, there was two Managers interviewing me with lots of questions about the position I was applying for asking me how I approached a customer if they were walking towards me, how would I assist a customer with an issue etc.
