Simple interview that involved a group activity, building a structurally sound tower. This was to investigate communication and teamwork skills. This was definitely the most important of the interview proocess
Online and then invited to an in-person interview at the location, smart-casual attire. Asks about strengths and weaknesses, why you are right for the role and past experience. quite informal and with the managers too.
