I filled out the application online, then was asked to complete a virtual interview where you're presented with typed questions and have 2 mins or less to explain your answers- those answers are recorded and sent to the company- if they like your answers they call you to schedule an interview. I had my face-to-face interview, it was quite lengthy (45 minutes) and included a brief tour around one part of the hotel. After the interview they emailed to say they were moving on to other candidates.
