First interview was conducted via. a video interview with pre-recorded questions. It is great to see companies embracing technology in this way, even though it may be daunting at first for first time users, it is also very humbling and enlightening once you become comfortable with the format. Next were three telephonic interviews and a Q&A with the Recruitment Manager. Both the Recruitment and Management teams were professional to the upmost standard during this process and were very communicative from the onset with next steps. The recruitment process was a true reflection of the values and vision the Hilton mandate and deliver upon.
