The interview process was very disappointing. I had prepared extensively for the interview, spending many hours in preparation; however, the recruiter did not show up and did not provide any prior notice. After reaching out with follow-up emails to check if I had missed any updates, I received no response, highlighting the recruiter’s unprofessional behavior. This experience left me feeling that the company's recruitment process was poorly managed, which was particularly surprising given my otherwise positive experiences with Hilton from a customer perspective.

Applied for the position and received and an invite to complete virtual interview. It has been almost two weeks since interview and no further communications at this time on the position.
