Somewhat slow and tedious at times. But very innovative with phone interviews as well as computer based interviews. Then after the prescreening interview, I had a panel interview with management. The panel interview is somewhat intimidating but with a great group of leaders who try to put you at ease right away. Making sure to make eye contact was necessary!
