Entretien
It was long. Two phone interviews, then a 4+ hour in person interview with role-play. You are required to take a math test, and you are introduced to many people in the department. You are also given a tool to take apart, try to put together again and then use. It's to see how familiar you are with handling tools.

Entretien
The whole process took about 3 weeks. I had an initial phone interview with HR, after that I had to take two assessments, once I passed that, I got to move forward to the second interview. The second interview was in person and lasted about three hours. the first hour I interviewed with two managers, the second hour I got to sit with an employee doing the job
I applied for, so I got a good idea of what my day to day would look like. the last hour I was shown and given information about a hilti tool. After that, I was asked to tell him the same information back. A couple days later I was asked to do a third and final interview.

Entretien
Telephone interview with behavior base questions requiring specific answers to situation as to action and results. Required to take 2 online assessments to proceed to face to face interview. Second interview included more of the situation, action and result questions as well as exhibiting sales ability. Final interview with division manager kept along the same pattern.
