Pretty fast process, but the phone screen interviewer was late for 5 mins, and the virtual interviewer was late 12 mins without a word. I understand they may have a busy call. But I believe at least they should inform me. and Both recruiters were late for interviews, I think that's the organization culture things/manners.

Pre-screening call or two, then first round with your direct report. Final round is with direct report and their boss. Was very professional and transparent about salary and job demands.

Entretien
Very good interview process. Started with a phone screen and then spoke with group leads. In the group interview I was asked technical questions and questions about leadership and other project management positions. Last interview was with the director where we discussed high level strategy and confirmed recommendation to join the company. Overall happy about the interview process and happy about the company.
