Started with a standard phone interview then I was contacted a week later for a face to face interview which was much more detailed. Hilti is looking for people who are looking to aspire to be great. If you are willing to grow with a great company. Hilti is for you.

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

What is the most difficult thing you’ve ever faced and how did you get through it?

Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

I had 3 interviews. Interviews lasted about 30 min each. Many STAR questions. Nothing too hard if you are prepared to answer those type of questions. Offer came in around 2 weeks after last interview
