Very easy interview process, they involve upper management which is great to see that that are involved. More relaxed but still very professional and set up like most internship interviews

the interview process with Hilti is long and extensive. You will go through several rounds of talking with different members of the talent acquisition team before ever talking to your future manager.
One interview with managers. Had to work with HR to fill out paperwork and set up interview time. Was an easy experience and the questions weren’t too hard. Highly recommend coming up with your own questions to ask
