I have heard different variations on the interview process, depending on that particular employee’s experience level. But, here was mine: the first interview was a 20-minute phone screen with one of the talent coordinators. They just clarify your resume and gauge your interest. The next step was an online assessment. If you pass that, then you have a phone interview with the regional manager. If that goes well, you next do a half-day ride a long with an account manager so you can experience a “typical” day. If that account manager likes you and you want to move forward, then the next step is a face-to-face interview with the regional manager. Mine was at a nearby hotel lobby. Very informal, and the typical questions are asked. They want to gauge your interest and confirm your experience level. If that goes well, then the next step is doing two panel interviews with the management team. I was offered the position at the conclusion of those interviews. They emailed me the offer letter and we had a few days of negotiation on the base salary. Overall, the process was lengthy and this was all done over about a one month period.

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.
