after several steps with the hr department we had to deal with a business case doing a ppt presentation and then discussing about that with the manager. The questions during this last step where, according to me, too related to the business field and, taking into account that they are aware of the fact that are interviewing engineers, i don't think that it makes sense

Entretien
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
