I was a part of the company in a different country, so I had two interviews - one with my potential boss and then her boss, leading the whole team I would be a part of. The second one was with an HR representative, just a 30 minute call

They were asking mostly about the motivation, they were trying to get a better idea of what things I already know to do and what I would enjoy, they shared their expectations and asked about mine. They were not trying to make me uncomfortable or anything - very nice and polite

First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
