Standard interview process, online tests followed by a video call with a recruiter asking mostly fit questions. Questions are mostly focused on leadership skills and team work. They did ask about salary expectations during the first talk.

Entretien
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
