1st stage: overview of employment history followed by around 5 competency based interview questions. Pleasant interviewers but focused on asked the question, taking responses and moving on. Advised outcome due within a week, heard a couple of days later that I was progressed to 2nd interview. 2nd stage: online numerical and verbal reasoning tests, plus personality testing 3rd stage: 10 minute presentation (employer of choice), competency based interviews, exercise (writing a job description). Questions on presentation; interview questions around employment law, business plans, results delivery - usual questions. Panel interview of 3 - pleasant and professional. Only negative was around outcome and feedback: interviewed on a Thursday, advised more candidates to be seen Friday and Monday. Waited 10 days for news on outcome; eventually requested an update and then received very short regret email. Email said feedback could be requested; two requests and I'm still waiting (disappointing given the amount of testing, prep and interviewing).
