Virtual Interview with the manager and a human resource representative, Video conference lasted about an hour. Super quick hiring process got a call for the interview and the interview happened the next day with an offer the following week.
Super easy process, and straightforward. First round is a short phone screen, and then onto a second round with the manager. Offer came a day or two after interview. Loved my time working at Hightower Advisors.

They make you feel very comfortable and it is not a stressful process. It is a more conversation based process, and it was not hard in any way. Expect to ask them questions, almost as much as they ask you.
