Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, we had a brief call to discuss the role along with my goals, and how I prioritise multiple projects. HM interview: The interview with the hiring manager went good. The HM was very friendly, very engaged and answered all my questions regarding the role and the future of the role. Felt more like a conversation then an interview. Presentation and tech interview: The next stage was a presentation, I think it went pretty well and the team I was presenting to (3 people) all seemed lovely and engaging. Then I had a technical interview, I totalled failed this because I wasn’t prepared and the interviews questions where very different to what I was used to in regards to a technical interview. A bit gutted because I didn’t represent myself properly at this stage but that’s my fault.
