The recruiter was skeptical and does not possess confidence in his skills for evaluation of candidates. They engage potentialinfinity to help them with hiring for the said position. The Managing director keeps on recording the conversation through MS Teams, Personal visit to their office. An old culture public sector mentality can be visible in their entire domain. The potential infinity group is being introduced to them through their partner and he does leadership development training program without having a definite road map.

Case based interview from the CV only and interviewer was falling short of question. I believe they do not have enough scenario to judge the potential of the candidate. It was more like having known certain individual in the firm, that the consultant ever worked with.
