Brief, mostly showing you what you will be doing and how you should be doing it. Carried plates, learned how to serve. Poured wine, folded napkins. Watched an informative video.

Entretien
Initial telephone interview which was quite brief and involved a few fairly basic questions. Then invited to a full day's training involving food hygiene/allergen training, company procedures and practical training (open bottles, setting tables, clearing plates etc). Once training is complete you can begin working immediately.
